Are you about to fulfil your dream of traveling the world? Then take the time to worry about the things that matter and don’t waste it on the little details. I’m here to help you out with those. Before starting my trip I spent some time researching the female topics that annoy us constantly: What clothes to bring? What shoes? What are the better cosmetic products? What about hair care? And the greatest concern of all (and topic of this post): depilation. Read More →

Read More →

      Road to Piramida

Maribor is the second most important city of Slovenia (the first one is, of course, its capital, Ljubljana) and we chose to visit it because it lies right in the middle of Zagreb, Croatia, and Graz, Austria. It wasn’t easy for us to opt out of going to the Slovenian capital and the rest of the country, but sadly we had too much to choose from and every war has casualties. Even so, we believe that Maribor does represent what Slovenia is: a small sea of tranquility between the western Schengen (the popular Europe, so to speak) and the Balkans, a constant host of problems. Road to Piramida

Hvar sunset

Hvar is a Croatian island located in the Adriatic Sea. It’s one of those places that are widely popular in the summer, especially among Croatians and youngsters. It’s a destination that can be quite expensive in the high season, but not so much during the rest of the year. That’s why we harnessed the last week of the summer to take a detour that, in price-quality terms, surpasses any expectation. Read More →

            Hvar sunset

Read More →

If you are considering traveling to Europe for, let’s say, a long while and you want to explore the continent as much as you can, you might have considered purchasing a train pass. Such a pass, broadly speaking, is a ticket that can be used to board all the trains of the country included in the pass. By now, maybe an idea crossed your mind: “If I buy this pass then that’s it, I can hop on a train every single day without having anyone stop me and I can even sleep there to save me some hotel money”. Well, this idea, which is, without any shadow of doubt, the one that’s being sold by the Interrail (pass for European residents) and Eurail (pass for everyone else) guys, is not really that accurate. Therefore, before you spend money on any of these passes (which are not cheap at all), you have to take some things into consideration. So, right now we’ll give you some tips and pointers. Split center

After our stay in Bosnia & Herzegovina, it was time to go back to Croatia, more precisely to Split, the most important city in the Dalmatia region. While it’s not the most famous coastal city of the country (Dubrovnik has the honor), it is a port worthy of mention. It used to be, a long time ago, the summer house of Diocletian, the Roman emperor, and it’s noticeable. The city’s old town, which is big enough to look as if it comprised the entire city, is remarkable, with unique streets and buildings. Still, luckily enough, Split offers more than that. Read More →
